Summer Solstice Sunset Experience

Join Amanda and Brittany for an energizing evening under the Capricorn Full Moon

The Summer Solstice, combined with the Capricorn Full Moon and opening of Cancer Season, is a time of deep reflection and going inward. Space is created for us to recommit to our purpose, nourish our soul for growth, find patience, and find comfort in our homes.

Amanda and Brittany have come together to bring you a truly transformative evening filled with love, reflection, acceptance, and connection.

Tapping into the watery energy of Cancer, we will begin at the Troll Falls trailhead parking lot at 6:30 PM. We will take a nature walk together, immersing ourselves in the forest surrounded by the Canadian Rocky Mountains. As we arrive at the falls, you will be kissed with the gentle mist as the water flows freely, opening our practice with an activating meditation. You will then receive a collective Full Moon Reading, with each participant getting an individual message for further guidance, journal prompts for reflection, a powerful releasing ceremony, followed by somatic movement to increase the flow of energy. We will walk together, back to the trailhead, while we take the medicine of the falls and the forest with us, feeling energized, nourished, and at peace.

Things to know:
1) Troll Falls is a 4.5km trail, taking roughly 45 minutes each way to complete.
2) Troll Falls part of Kananaskis and requires a pass for parking.
3) There are limited spaces seats for Carpooling – meeting at the Petro, just west of Calgary, on Highway 1
4) Kananaskis Village is free parking and just up the road. You can also park there and be shuttled to the trailhead.
5) This is considered an easy hike for all levels.
6) Wear proper walking attire, comfortable clothing, runners/hikers.
7) For the Troll Falls location and route on All Trails, please click HERE.
8) We will be in Bear territory. In a group setting it is much more unusual to see one, but it is still good to be prepared. Please do NOT bring bear bells, as they are proven to be an attractant vs. deterrent for the bear’s curious nature. We strongly recommend bear spray.

What to bring:
1) Proper walking/hiking attire
2) Backpack
3) Journal & Pen
4) Water
5) Layers for weather fluctuation
6) Small towel or blanket to sit on
7) Bear Spray is highly recommended
8) Yoga Mat (We will not carry it to the falls with us, but may have opening movement in the meadow)
9) An open heart & mind

Investment:
$55 for one
$88 for buddy pass (you & a friend)
