Our Opening Ceremony is a grounding and intentional beginning to our shared journey. Together, we’ll settle into the space, connect with one another, and consciously arrive through guided reflection and gentle presence practices. This is a time to set personal and collective intentions, open the heart to what’s possible, and create a supportive container for the experiences ahead.
Spinning Truths with Amanda Blaire
Spinning Truths is an illuminating chakra exploration designed to help you understand your unique energetic blueprint. In this guided session, Amanda will help you discover your dominant chakra, what it reveals about your natural strengths and challenges, and how to consciously work with it for greater alignment and personal growth. You’ll also explore the seven major chakra system and how each center influences your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Together, we’ll dive into practical, supportive tools including specific foods to nourish each chakra, crystals that offer energetic support, aligned activities and practices, and more to help you create balance and harmony within your system. This class blends insight with tangible guidance, giving you the awareness and resources to support your energy with clarity and intention.
The Wisdom of Slowing Down with Chantal Menard
When life feels busy, relentless, and overwhelming, many of us begin living in a state of constant internal redline without realizing it. We override our own signals just to keep up until the body eventually forces a landing. The Self Healing Code: Unlocking the Intelligence of Your Fascia with Brittany Uchach
In this experiential session, you’ll discover how your body is designed to regulate, repair, and restore itself. Through Fascial maneuvers, breath, and nervous system awareness, you’ll learn how to access the intelligence stored in your fascia and activate your natural self-healing capacity. The Body Knows: A Guided Somatic Inquiry Journey with Jennilee Barazzuol
In this 60-minute guided experience, you are invited to slow down and reconnect with the wisdom of the body through a guided somatic meditation and reflective journaling session. Rather than searching for answers through thinking alone, this practice helps cultivate awareness of sensation, breath, and the subtle signals of the nervous system. Together, we will explore how the body communicates insight, emotion, and inner truth. This trauma-aware session is designed to be done comfortably from a chair and is accessible for all levels of experience. Participants are encouraged to bring a journal and pen as we practice listening inward and accessing clarity through embodied awareness.

This is a powerful participant driven, facilitator lead team therapeutic sound experience. Rest & Resonance with Amanda & Eric
This morning class is designed to gently awaken your body, align your energy, and set a powerful tone for the day ahead. Through a yin-style yoga flow focused on chakra alignment, you’ll open and balance your energy centers while supported by immersive sound healing to deepen relaxation and clarity. Activation breathwork will then energize your system, increase vitality, and sharpen your focus leaving you grounded, open, and fully activated for the day’s experiences.
Journaling for Self-Worth, Healing, & Identity Reclamation with Terra Dawn
A grounded, science-backed workshop that teaches you how to use pen-to-paper journaling to regulate your nervous system, process emotional wounds, and rebuild self-worth from the inside out. This is not surface-level reflection, and it is for any level of journaler – from the “I was told to journal, but don’t know what to write” to the person who says “I can’t seem to make it a habit” It’s guided, intentional writing designed to help you reconnect with the innocent self beneath performance, release conditional worth, and reclaim your voice with clarity and self-trust. Come ready to write honestly. Leave feeling steadier, clearer, and more anchored in who you truly are.
Being Seen: A Return To Self with Joelle Bourque
There is a quiet fear many of us carry, the fear of being fully seen. Seen in our truth. Seen without performance. Seen without filters. And Joelle gets it. Being seen, even talking about being seen, can feel vulnerable and scary. Joelle has lived the discomfort of stepping in front of the lens and the fear that comes with visibility. This space exists because she understands what it takes to soften into it. Joelle holds this experience with kindness, compassion, and gentleness. You will not be pushed or rushed. You will be supported in a way that feels safe and comforting. We begin with an open conversation about the fears that surface when we think about being visible in life and in photographs. The pressure to pose. To perfect. To perform. Then we move into a guided meditation to ground you in your body and reconnect you to your natural presence. One by one, you will step in front of the camera for a black and white joy portrait. These are unposed, unfiltered, and beautifully brief, about one minute per person. No forcing. No performing. Just space to be. We close with reflections, allowing space to witness one another and integrate what it felt like to be seen.
This is not about taking a good photo. It is about remembering you are already worthy of being visible.
Sacred Connections: The Beauty of Conscious Communicating with Shanaz & ShawnJi
This workshop invites individuals of all kinds to slow down, reconnect, and communicate from a place of presence and compassion. Guided by Shanaz and ShawnJi, the experience supports emotional safety, active listening, and authentic expression in relationships with others and with oneself. Rather than fixing or forcing change, participants are supported in feeling seen, heard, and understood, allowing trust, intimacy, and connection to unfold naturally and at their own pace.
Kundalini Awakening & Closing Ceremony with Jen Fletcher, Amanda & Eric
This Kundalini Yoga class is an energizing, expansive practice designed to clear mental and energetic static and awaken momentum. Through breath, movement, meditation, and sound, energy begins to move, creating radiance and inner power. The practice culminates in a powerful sound meditation known for activating creative energy and supporting prosperity, intention, and forward movement. This is a practice that helps align you with what you’re calling in. Expect to leave feeling clear, energized, and deeply alive, with a renewed connection to your inner drive and desires.
From here we move into our final integration process, helping participants to absorb the wisdom and healing they’ve experienced throughout the retreat. By guiding the breath and using healing sounds the ceremony creates a space for release, renewal, and inner peace, allowing everyone to leave feeling grounded, aligned, and ready to carry forward their spiritual journey.
